Utilization Information
Below is a detailed analysis of TCRC referrals received by
month. Referrals received in excess of contracted amounts are processed the following
month. 451 TCRC consumers have received this service since July of 2007. 116 in the Simi
Valley area; 59 in the Oxnard area; 78 in southern SB County; 79 in Northern SB County;
and 119 in SLO County (updated 05/08/2008). These numbers represent an unduplicated count
for the fiscal year.
The chart below shows a breakdown of monthly referrals by county. Contract utilization for
FY 2003/04 was 560 consumers. Projections for that time were for 560 consumers.
Projections for FY for 05/06 were for 500 consumers and projections for 06/07 were for 500
consumers (utlilization for last fiscal year was 514). Projections for 07/08 are for 511
unduplicated consumers accross all areas. These counts do not include those served
through the intensive and ASD services.
