Heidi Holdsambeck, M.A. Licensed Physical Therapist HIPAA Compliance officer Heidi has a Master's Degree in health services administration. She recently retired as a Lt. Colonel from the USAF where she served in various clinical and management capacities. She is responsible for ensuring that our policies and procedures are in compliance with the new Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). As such, she is available to answer questions that you may have about consents, protection of privacy issues, requests for releases of information, etc. She can be reached through our Lompoc Office at 805-735-5550. | |
