About Us Holdsambeck and Associates Behavioral Consultants have been working in the field since 1977. Our program provides caring and well trained Behavior Analysts, in Central California, to assist parents; care providers; teachers; group homes and day program staff. We have been providing this service to persons with challenging behaviors for over 28 years. Recently, we have made some exiting changes which have allowed us to incorporate the most recent advances in the field. Our program is not a center where people receive "counseling". Our analysts work where their clients are experiencing problems. We develop individual programs based on careful observations and input from the people involved in caring for our clients. Most importantly, we use only positive intervention strategies to encourage people to reach their potential. Our programs are proactive and based on a careful functional analysis of the individual in the natural environment. When it is appropriate, we initiate and receive referrals from physicians, educators, speech therapists, family counselors, social workers, psychologists and other professional therapists. Our goal is to coordinate the program to take the maximum advantage of your existing resources. | |
